Obituary of Gisela M. Castronova

Webster: Thursday, January 4, 2024 at the age of 95. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Anthony; son, Frank and daughter-in-law, Janet. Gisela is survived by her sons, Jim (Debra),         

John (Sue), and Mark Castronova; grandchildren, Amy (Matt Ruby) Castronova, Michael Castronova, Andrea (Kevin) O'Dell, Anthony (Jaclyn) Castronova, Thomas (Karen) Castronova, Samantha Castronova; seven great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews and friends..

Gisela's most cherished role was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had many passions in life which she was known for, She loved crocheting hats and blankets and cooking and baking and spending as much time by the water and watching sunsets. Her favorite holiday was Christmas     

Her family will receive friends Friday, January 12, 4-7pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday, January 13, 11:00am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for her Funeral Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be driected to, St, Jude Children's Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
