Obituary of Kathleen M. DiBella

Kathleen DiBella, 67, passed away peacefully at home on March 20, 2024 with her children by her side.  Born in Rochester, NY in 1956, she was the beloved daughter of John and Lorraine DeVoldre, and the youngest of 5 children, John (Deborah), David (Jane), Steve (Cindy), and Mary Ann (Jack). 

She was a devoted mother to Kaitlin (Tim), Marcia, and Jeff (Mary) and a devoted grandmother to her grandsons Roger, Walter, Nicholas and Alexander.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Lorraine, and her grandsons, Jeffrey and Jay.

Kathy approached life simply with faith and compassion.  She was dedicated to her work and supported many people throughout her career as a dietitian and businesswoman.  Her proudest accomplishment was her family whom she loved above all else.

Kathy will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, extended family including the DiBella’s, KiKi and all who knew her.  She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and quiet strength that will be remembered forever.

We will forever miss spending time with her and enjoying her homecooked meals.

Her family will receive friends Sunday, March 24, 3-6pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to meet the family Monday, March 25, 10:30 am at Holy Trinity Church for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
