Obituary of Lena Ball Hanley Delelys

Irondequoit- Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at the age of 98. Lena is predeceased by her husband  Albert Hanley who passed in 2008 and her second husband Robert Delelys who passed in 2013 ; she is survived by her sons, James Hanley and Kevin Hanley; daughters, Nancy (Mike) Radford, Barbara (Rick) Herren and Laurie Hanley; step-children James (Linda) Delelys and Terry (Oak) Delelys, along with 8 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren. Lena moved to Maryland with her husband Albert Hanley Jr in 1957 where she worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court while raising her 5 children. She would return to upstate New York in 2006 where she married her second husband  Robert Delelys. Her hobbies included the love for flowers, books, playing bridge and being on her computer.

Her family will receive friends Tuesday, May 21, 2024, 10:00 - 11:00am for her Celebration of Life at Doran Funeral Home, 4 E Bayard St, Seneca Falls NY where her service will take place at 11:00am. Interment Springbrook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Rochester, NY.
