Charlotte: Passed away peacefully with his family by his side Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the age of 93. Predeceased by his loving wife, Geraldine and brother Kenneth. Don is survived by his devoted children, Donna Owen, Diane Hummel, James (Shaneela) Hummel; cherished grandchildren, Hayley, Tyler, Trevor, Ilyas, Mickey and Jameson. Many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives including his best friend and cousin, Dave Lang.

Don retired from Xerox after 40 years and was a proud Navy Veteran. He adored his family and could fix anything. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be dearly missed.

His family will receive friends Thursday, August 8, 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to join the family Friday, August 9, 10:30 am at Holy Cross Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
