Obituary of Gary R Palmiere

Gary passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 25,2024 shortly after celebrating his 82nd birthday.  He was predeceased by his parents, Aloysuies and Michaelina Palmiere, his sister Geraldine Long, and his son Gary Palmiere.  He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Diane, children Jacqueline Palmiere, Nicole Palmiere, Michael Palmiere (Allison Carey), grandsons Tyler and Cameron, brother Anthony Palmiere, sister Marlene Noto (Joe), daughter-in-law Rhonda Bent Palmiere, and last, but not least, his special  “Tangles” girls.  

The family would like to thank Gary’s caregivers at Rochester Regional for their incredible, compassionate care.  

Friends are invited to meet the family Monday, September 9, 10:00 am at St. Kateri At Christ The King Church for his funeral mass. Inurnment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
