Obituary of Private Robert W. Cash

US Army Air Corps veteran PVT Robert W. Cash of Minneapolis Minnesota, survivor of the Bataan Death March, died in the Cabanatuan POW Camp in Northern Luzon, Phillipines on July 16, 1942.  He was buried in Common Grave 316.  His remains were only recently positively identified on April 3, 2024, via DNA and other means.  His family, the Falardeaus and the Culhanes,  will receive friends Thursday, October 24, 2024, 1-2pm at the Harris funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). There will be a procession from the Funeral Home to White Haven Memorial Park where PVT Cash will be buried at 2:30 with full military honors.
