Obituary of Christine A. Cocilova

Christine A. Cocilova “Chris” of Penfield, NY passed away peacefully on Saturday November 30th 2024. Predeceased by her parents, Liborio and Carmella Trovato, her brother, Paul Trovato, her brother-in-laws, Jack and Ron Cocilova and the Love of Her Life her beloved husband of 62 years, Robert “Bob” Cocilova. Chris was a deeply devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, fondly know to us as Nonnie. She is survived by her loving daughters Robin (Patric) DeMarco and Lynn (Tom) Burch. Her brother, Frank Trovato (Trisha). Sister-in-Laws Corinne Smith and Lynn Cocilova. Her grandson’s Patric (Tiffany) DeMarco, Michael (Chelsea) DeMarco, Sonny Burch and TJ Burch. Her 6 great-grandchildren, Patric, Madelyna, Anthony, Michael, Luca and Benny. Many nieces, nephews and friends especially Bob and Marie Alaimo.

Friends are invited to join Chris’s family on Friday December 6th 2024 at 10:00 am at St. Kateri at Christ the King Church for her Funeral Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. A special thank you to GrandeVille Senior Living Community and Aaron Manor for caring for our Mom when we were no longer able to.
