Cardinell, Christine Marie

Penfield: Monday, December 16, 2024 at age 65. Predeceased by her parents, Louis and Florence Garbato.

Christine is survived by her husband, Francis, her grandchildren Alicia (Alex) and Jesse, Step son David and her siblings Connie (Robert) Szablak, Catherine (Darrel) Youngman, Carol (Daniel) McDonald, Louis (Susan) Garbato, Barbara (Anthony) Alongi, and Michael (Jodi) Garbato.

Christine was a loving mother to her two grandchildren and cared greatly for everyone in her life. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a quick wit, often answering her phone with things like "This is Christine the Beautiful". Every week, she visited her many friends at the Atlantic diner, sometimes having a second breakfast just to sit and chat for a bit longer. She enjoyed walks and visiting things around town with her grandson. Christine worked for Chubb Insurance for 40 years and spent the last few years of her life in retirement. She was always there for the people she cared about and will remain in our hearts still.

Her unwavering spirit will be missed.

Her family will receive friends Friday, December 27, 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.), where her funeral service will be held Saturday, December 28, 11:00 am.
