Obituary of William J. Kubanka

Kubanka, William J. Irondequoit: Sunday, January 2, 2011. Pre-deceased by his daughter Diane M. Small, great grandson Lucas Small, sister Margaret Battersby, brothers, Ernest & Louis Kubanka. Mr. Kubanka is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years Laura; son W. Douglas (Evelyn) Kubanka; 6 grandchildren; Lorean (Dan) Justman of Ca., Tiffany Small, Kyle, Tyler, Ryan &Troy Kubanka; a sister; Marion Wowkowych; also many nieces & nephews. Bill was a retiree of B & L with 37 years of service, long time member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, member of Rochester Schwaben Verein, miniature railroad enthusiast & photography buff. Bill was multi talented, a loving husband, father, grandfather and will be greatly missed. His family will receive friends FRIDAY 11:00am - 1:15 pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South), where his funeral service will be held FRIDAY 1:15 PM. Interment Private.
