Obituary of Milton J. Schmidt

Schmidt, Milton J. "Milt" Irondequoit: Monday, February 7, 2011 at the age of 84. Pre-deceased by his loving wife of 50 years, Patricia (Murray); "son" Mike. He is survived by his children, Tom & Barb, Kathleen Termine, Eileen, Margaret & Dave Burns, John & Veronica, Anne & Tim O'Neill, Patty & Dan Beaudrie; grandad to 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins here and in Germany, along with many dear friends. Milt was a WWII Navy Veteran and former Catholic War Veteran Regional Commander. Milt was the first Parish Council Chairman of St. Margaret Mary Church where he also served as a lector & communion distributor. He also was the owner of Schmidt's Market Inc. His family will receive friends SUNDAY 1:00-5:00PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family MONDAY 10:00AM at Blessed Kateri at ST. MARGARET MARY CHURCH for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
