To Steve's precious children, Stephen, Jack and Olivia. It is my deepest sorrow that your Dad is not with you now. Remember throughout your lives that he was a wonderful man, strong and brave. His spirit will remain with each of you forever. He will be as an angel who watches over each of you and a force of love that always protects you.
