Obituary of Gail A. Heidt

Heidt, Gail A. (Merkel) Irondequoit: Passed away peacefully April 17, 2011 at age 77. Predeceased by her brother Dennis Merkel & sister Una Merkel. Gail is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Richard; sons Richard & James Heidt; daughters Susan (Vincent) Dinino, Kathleen (Anthony) Peluso & Nancy Spencer (fiance Nick Miller); her "darlins" Lyndsay & Allison Dinino, Amanda, Madeline & Ricky Heidt, Emma & Anthony Peluso, Mallory Healy-Heidt, and Daniel, Christopher, Matthew & Luke Spencer; brothers Guy Merkel, Thomas (Judy) Merkel, Bruce (Connie) Merkel, Lee (Sharon) Merkel and Gerald (Roberta) Merkel; sisters Earlene (George) Newton, Wanda Cardillo, Nancy (Joseph) Barone & Ann Kirchner (Richard Boyan); brothers-in-law William (Darlene) Heidt & Thomas (Patricia) Heidt; sisters-in-law Patricia Merkel, Florence Carole & Lois (Nick) Kendrick, and many nieces and nephews. Gail's family will receive friends Tuesday, April 19th 3:00-7:00pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family Wednesday 9:30am at Blessed Kateri at Christ the King Church, 445 Kings Hwy South for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
