Obituary of Philip B. DeJohn

DeJohn, Jr., Philip B. Irondequoit, Friday, January 23, 2009. Pre-deceased by his parents Philip Sr. and Virginia DeJohn. Mr. DeJohn is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Elizabeth DeJohn, 4 children, Stephen (Susan) DeJohn, Susan (Frederick Radley) Sapienza, Nancy (Frank) Pallone of Long Island, Daniel (Judy) DeJohn, 5 grandchildren Bethany, Abigail, Drew DeJohn, Nicholas and Maya Pallone. Philip was a Marine veteran of WWII, a founding member of Christ the King Church, and was a teacher for 36 years at Penfield and Irondequoit School Districts. His family will receive friends Monday 4-7 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family Tuesday 9:30am at Christ the King Church for his funeral mass. Interment private.
