Greece: Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at the age of 60. David is predeceased by his parents, John & Marjorie. He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Anna (Melnyk); sons, David, Don, Jeff & Ben Spagnola; siblings, Jean Lucas, Joseph(Raelene) Spagnola, Dolly(Peter) Iascone, Debra(Dan) Zanni, John(Elaine Spagnola; father & mother in law, Dmytro & Stephany Melnyk; brothers & sisters in law, Roman(Kathy) & Bohdan(Robyn) Melnyk. David retired from the U.S. Post Office after 38 years. He was a loving father, brother, friend and amazing husband.
His family will receive friends THURSDAY 3:00 - 7:00PM at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family FRIDAY 10:30 AM at ST. JOSAPHATS UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH for his Divine Liturgy. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
