Hey Grandpa,
You are a great man! You will always be in my heart. It is hard for me to grasp that you are no longer with us, but I know you are in a much better place now and will always have a bird's eye view of those yankees games! It has been such a gloomy day today, and as soon as I watched the video, the sun came out! Thank you for all of the great memories that we had together, picking me up from Asbury, camping trips, sleepovers with Shelle at yours and Grandmas house, stopping at every red light while driving my mom to the hopital when she was in labor with me (i dont remember that too much lol), and showing me what colors a garden hose makes in the campfire! lol I will make sure I show that to my children some day. Thanks for being such a great grandpa to us and always showing your smile! You are always going to be greatly missed here, but your great sense of humor and determination will always remain with us. We will all be together again at some time (save me a few Heinekens up there), but until then, you will be in our hearts and thoughts. I love you Grandpa!
Love,
Joe

Dear Grandpa,
It doesn't feel like you are gone and I don't think it ever will. My heart is filled with so many memories with you and I will hold on to those memories until we meet again one day. In the meantime, I will miss seeing you walk in the door, I will miss giving you a kiss on the cheek and I will miss hearing your voice. Thank you for being such a wonderful grandpa to me and loving me so much. I promise your love will carry on in us. I love you.

Kevin, Kathy, Sue and Mrs. Conway. I have many great memories of Mr. Conway from you guys building the skating rink in the back yard, Mr. Conway driving me to school when my mom was sick, to just Mr. Conway just being him. He was a great man who I thought alot of when I was growing up. I wish your family well during that time and I am sure my parents are up there waiting for him to welcome him with open arms.

Thanks to marrying your son, you've been my "Official Second Dad". I so enjoyed your dry sense of humor (right up my alley!) and our mutual love of peanut butter. I miss you very much but know I'm not at all alone in that. Say "Hi" to my Mom, Jenny, and Shadow -- no doubt they're just part of the Welcoming Committee up in Heaven. Oh yeah - I checked the broccoli ... you'll be happy to know it's not looking good ... but the tomatoes? ...
They're on an upswing...especially those beefsteaks! :)

Dad - it's so hard to sum up what you mean to me. You have always been my hero, ever since I was a little girl. You put every one before yourself. You always thought of others. I will miss you so much, there will be a hole in my heart, but I'll try to fill it with all the wonderful memories you've given me. Not only were you the best father a girl could ever ask for, you were the best grandfather - and especially filling the role of father for Kevin & Katie. We all had so much fun with you - the kids have memories they will cherish forever. You've always taken care of us - even up to the very end when you waited for Mom to leave and me to fall asleep. I know you didn't want us to see you take your last breath. Like I said, you always thought of others. Things will go on, but they will never be the same. You were my knight in shining armor, Dad. I love you so much. I am so grateful I had so much time with you, especially during your last few weeks. You, Katie and I will forever be bonded by the Yankees. Thank you for giving us that. Thank you for everything...for being the best man I have ever known. I promised you we'd be fine, and we'd take care of Mom. Enjoy yourself with family and friends that have left this earth before you. Cheers, Dad. xxoo Love you forever and always.

Hi Dad,
The best times were always around the Holidays, Birthdays and family gatherings when everyone got together. You always seemed to enjoy those occasions the most. It won’t be the same without you but you and your smile will always be there in our hearts.
You were a trooper when it came to medical issues, pain, and you certainly had your share and never complained to anyone, at least now we all know you’re in a better place.
I am so happy that you had the opportunity to share in your Great and Grandchildren’s lives. They like us and everyone else thought the world of you.
Everyone thinks they are on Earth for an eternity and your passing only proves it’s a short time. It also teaches us to enjoy every day and don’t take life for granted.
Till we meet again, LOVE YOU always.
Your son,
Kevin
