I was lucky to have known Shep and climbed many of the high peaks with him in our younger years. His sense of adventure and spirit were bigger than life. Shep was also a great story teller and, more than that, an excellent listener. Never in a hurry, always encouraging, youâ€™ll be missed Shep!
