Obituary of George B. Callan

Callan, George B. Rochester, Friday, February 20, 2009 at age 79. Predeceased by his sister Bette McGlynn of Orlando, Fla. And brother James Callan. Mr. Callan is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Joanne Callan; 3 children; Mary Patricia (John) McKie of Naperville, Ill., Daniel (Patricia) Callan and Gregory Callan; 6 grandchildren; Anna, Mark ,Kathryn and Heather Callan; Margaret and Elizabeth McKie; a brother, Jack (Margery) Callan of Orlando, Fla .also several nieces and nephews. George was an Air Force Veteran and a retiree of Rochester Products with over 30 years of service. The family would like to offer a special "Thank You" to the staff of The Baird Nursing Home for the wonderful care they gave to George. His family will receive friends MONDAY 4-7 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family TUESDAY 11:00 AM at OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP CHURCH of Our Lady of the Angels Parish for his funeral mass. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
