Hi Tony: I am so sorry to hear of Georgianna's passing. I have been meaning to call and see how both of you are and time got away from me. We were in African Violet's together. I wished I had known to go visit her at Kirkhaven but --- sorry. Take care. I'll try and call after the holidays to see how you are doing. Love, Jean
P.S. My husband was Ray and he passed two years ago October 9, 2009. Take cars

What fond memories I have of Mrs. Prasil - making lunch for me and Janet, greeting me when I'd come to the back door, seeing her through the music room window giving a lesson when I'd come over to play. I know she'll be missed by her family and all who were fortunate enough to have known her, as she touched so very many lives. My thoughts are with all of you!

Ah, my dear Mrs. Prasil, who was so patient with me and the many, many others she taught to play piano. Such memories I have of coming to the house - seeing all the clocks -- Johann, the miniature dauschaund, the girls, the stars on my pieces, the pieces that she'd patiently date week after week after week, when I didn't get it. Loved seeing her through the years at Irondequoit concerts and events. She was greatly loved and will live in our memories forever. Love and comfort to the whole family.

Mrs. Prasil was my piano teacher for two years until I went to college and she was so sweet! I will always remember her patience, her soft one of voice. I have now been teaching piano for 23 years and am now a General Music teacher and part of that is because of her. Rest in peace sweet woman. You are playing for Jesus now. :)
