Obituary of Mary I Burkwit

Burkwit, Mary I Webster: Age 43, died unexpectedly, January 18, 2012. She will be remembered by her parents ,Robert and Mary (Mulligan) Burkwit; brother, Charles (Carol) Burkwit; sisters, Elizabeth (Kevin) Burrows, Sarah (Zaheer) Malik, Rebecca (Scott) Royer, and Margaret (Tim) Grove; and her beloved nieces and nephews, Rachel, Julia ,John ,Luna ,Maia, Mary Elizabeth; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Mary was a graduate of the University of Rochester and the School of Law at Dayton University. Mary's interests included the law, singing, her beloved cats and time spent with friends. Her family extends special thanks to her fellow members of the Cathedral Choir. Friends are invited to join her family for her Memorial Mass celebrated by Bishop Matthew H. Clark at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park at 10:30 AM Monday , January 23rd. a reception will follow immediately in the cathedral hall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Choir c/o Sacred Heart Cathedral 296 Flower City Pk. Rochester, NY 14615 in her memory.
