Irondequoit: Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the age of 89. Predeceased by his son Dominick and granddaughter Lauren Pronti. He is survived by his wife of 63years Mary (Salvia) Pronti; son, Donald (Kathy) Pronti; daughter, Angelyn Pronti; sisters-in-law, Frances (Don) Cupido, Angie (Aldo) Ritondale; Linda (Chris) Gangemi, Mary Salvia; 4 grandchildren Alyssa, Dominic, Katie and Betsy and over 100 nieces & nephews.
His family will receive friends SUNDAY 1-5pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family MONDAY 12:30pm at Blessed Kateri at St. Cecilia Church for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made to Irondequoit Volunteer Ambulance Service or Hildebrandt Hospice Center in his memory.
