I worked in Synthetic Chemicals Division from 1963 to 1985 and got to know "Bus" quite well as a skilled chemist and colleague. He helped me a lot as I transformed from a "wet behind the ears" Ph.D. chemist to a production chemist. We had many fine experiences together in the Syn. Chem. Div.

It was my pleasure to meet and get to know Bus for the all too short time since I only started at Chapel Oaks in August. Bus is greatly missed by the servers, he was one of the special ones that the servers would stop and talk to when they were tenidng to their tables in another section and not his. Bus liked the window blinds pulled down by his table, and one of our servers Naquasia pulled them down Saturday before dinner service in honor and remembrance of Bus. Thank you for the beautiful and generous information in the obituary, much appreciated and I printed it out for the servers to read.
