Ormond Beach, Fl: Formerly of Rochester, Elmer passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Helen; daughter, Janice(Michael) Boase-Rose; son, Alan(Rocio) Boase; 3 grandchildren; sister, Carol Weiss. Elmer worked as a Mechanical Engineer for 42 years at Eastman Kodak.
