Dear Ruthie,
The first day I showed up for Silver Sneakers class knowing only one person in the class, you made yourself known. Afterwards you approached and said “You did good, with a smile. And EVERY time after that! Always positive comments, sometimes teasing with a giggle and a sparkle in the eyes.
A tiny lady with a great big heart. You will certainly be noticed by the angels in the big gymnasium in the great beyond.
Thanks for being you. Miss you.

To the Family,
Your Mother/Grandmother had such a special place in my heart. I knew her from the day she signed up with the Silver Sneakers program at the YMCA. She, Clara, Rita and Phil were always together. When Phil passed a few years ago, she took on the role of driver. Each and every Tuesday and Thursday they would come through the lobby on their way to class... chatting all along the way. Ruthie would always say, she exercised her mouth as much as her body! She touched my soul. I remember looking at her in the church pew at Brandon and Diane's wedding. She was sooo happy! Thank you for sharing a wonderful lady. She will be missed.
All my best,
Michelle

Dear Dave, Rich, Brandon and Justin. What a wonderful life your mother (and grandmother) had with her loving and devoted family that included her in everything. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to get to know Ruth. She had a great sense of humor and just enjoyed the time spent with her family. Enjoy the many wonderful memories which you are so lucky to have and cherish. Most sincere condolences from Tom, Evy and Steven Johnson

To the family and friends of Ruth, I am very saddened by her passing. Please accept my sincere sympathy. She lived her life fully right up to the end. I enjoyed knowing her at our Silver Sneakers classes. She amazed me with me her physical ability to stack the chairs at the end of our classes - all the time smiling and joking with us. She will be missed. May the love and support of family and friends help to ease your pain at this difficult time. Cherish the happy memories as you reflect on her life. May they bring you comfort, peace and joy now and in the days and years ahead. My best wishes are with you now and always.
