Irondequoit: Peacefully Monday, March 12, 2012 at the age of 85. Born and raised in Werbiw, Berezany, Ukraine. Predeceased by wife Anna (Kuclo) Burlaka. Survived by caring family and friends. Supporter of all things Ukrainian.
Visitation hours will be held today Wednesday 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home. Panachyda 6:30pm. His Divine Liturgy is Thursday 10:00am at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Epiphany. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
