I didn't really know Peter, but saw him at church evey Sunday with 2 little children. He was very devoted to them. I know Bev a little from substitute teaching. I will miss seeing him at church.

Dear Klem Family, I had the privilege of growing up with Rene Klem and visiting the house on Fairview Crescent over a period of years in the 70's. I got to know the whole Klem family and I always thought of Pete as one of the sweetest boys, even at my young age. I am very saddened to hear of his passing and wish all of you peace and prayers as you go through this sad time. God bless you.

Dr. Klem was more than a professor to me, he was an advisor, a mentor and a friend. It was he who inspired me to get my degree in history. He was so much fun in class - always joking and coming up with little historical tidbits you'd never find in a textbook. The Great Basin College community will be experiencing a great loss with his passing. My heart goes out to his wife and family, as I am sure they will feel the loss ever so much more. I hope Dr. Klem finds peace and that same peace comes to those who love and miss him.
