Obituary of Stella Gallo

Gallo, Stella Downingtown, PA: Stella, age 94, passed away on February 28, 2009. Mrs. Gallo was the beloved wife of the late Aurelio Jerome and devoted mother of Ron(Randee). She was the grandmother of Toni(Dave) McClelland and Terri(Ed) Burkhart; great grandmother of Tyler, Maxx and Chad McClelland and Nathan and Noah Burkhart. She is also survived by five sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Gallo lived in Rochester most of her life. She was forced to drop out of high school during the Great Depression. At age 75 year she went back to school and earned her GED, which she proudly displayed on her wall at home. She moved to Pennsylvania six years ago to be near her son and daughter-in-law. Her family will receive friends FRIDAY 6:30-8:30pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family SATURDAY 9:30 AM at ST. STANISLAUS CHURCH for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
