Obituary of Ruth J. Moldenhauer

Moldenhauer, Ruth J. "Nifeneger" Irondequoit. Entered into rest peacefully in her sleep, Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at the age of 100. Pre-deceased by her husband, Irving in 1995, son David in 2008, sister, Mildred Foersch and her brother, Frederick Nifeneger. Mrs. Moldenhauer is survived by her daughter, Carol(Charles)Saul of Manlius, NY, grandchildren, Linda Saul of Manlius, NY, Donald(Marcia) Saul of MN, Alan Moldenhauer, Christina(Todd) Gullo, Sheryl(Steve) Passantino of GA., and Maria Mattingly of AZ, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Moldenhauer loved to bake and knit and passed this love onto her grandchildren. She was an active member of the Lutheran Church of the Reformation and devoted her life to loving and nurturing her family. No prior visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service Tuesday 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Lutheran Church of the Reformation, 111 North Chestnut Street, Rochester, NY 14604.
