Obituary of Gertrud P. Korol

Korol, Gertrud P. "Trudy" Rochester: Trudy passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at the age of 85 at the Isaiah House. Pre-deceased by her husband, Michael. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara(Tom) Bonisteel; son, John; grandchildren, Alec, Austin, Evan, Lisa(John) Patrick; great granddaughters, Olivia & Emma; brother, Freddy, of Clymer, NY; sisters, Erna & Greta and many other relatives in Germany. Trudy was born in Greben Germany in 1927 and came to the U.S. in the 1950's. She worked for Eastman Kodak for over 20 years and currently was a resident of the Episcopal Church Home. Her family will receive friends THURSDAY 4:00 - 7:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family FRIDAY 5:30pm at Episcopal Church Home, 505 Mt. Hope Ave. for her memorial mass. Interment Private Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Isaiah House, 71 Prince Street, Roch, NY 14605.
