Parlato, Frank A. Born in Rochester, NY in 1923, Frank passed away in Dallas, Texas at age 85, on March 11, 2009. He is preceded in death by Ida, his beloved wife of 48 years. He is survived by his daughter, Dawn (Bernard) Culhane; grandchildren, Lynn (Eric) Wright, Laurie (Daniel) Murphy; great-grandchildren, Timothy and Matthew Wright, Rachael and Jeffrey Murphy; sister Connie Nucelli; nephews, Jim (Denise) and Ralph (Sandra) Nucelli.
