John is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Helena; son, John Jr.; grandchildren, Alyssa, Sean & Haley Czerkawskyj; brother-in-law,Joe Kowcz; sister-in-law, Stefanie Moroz; nephews, Jerry(Kirsty) Moroz & Gregory Czerkawskyj; nieces, Amanda & Kerry Ann Czerkawskyj.
