to the family: Peggy was a very kind person. I remember how she welcomed me into the Irondequoit Art Club. She was not prejudiced, listened well, and shared a great deal of her energy with the club and her fellow artists. I was not able to be at the wake, but I did take a friend to lunch, as was suggested in the obituary. You are in my thoughts as you cope with your loss.

Dear Peggy I will always remember you as one of the Hampton Blv'd. "Iconic Moms". As kids we were blessed to have multiple Moms that contributed to raising us in such a positive manner. You did it everyday with a smile that just seemed always in place. Watching the video brought back so many memories. I felt Mom and Dad viewing it with me. To all the "Green Kids" you were blessed with a great Mom. Thanks for sharing her...

Peggy is an inspiration... her life is proof that one person can make a difference to many... busy as she was, she found time to be a dear friend as well. In her honor, we can all strive to work hard for what we believe in and love our family and friends well.
