Ulisano, Nathan A.
Irondequoit: Passed away Monday, March 24, 2014at the age of 92. Nathan is predeceased by his daughter, Natalie. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Grace J. Ulisano; son, Joseph T. Ulisano; grandsons, Joseph & Nicholas; granddaughters, Kelly & Jill, great-grandchildren and his sister Josephine Constanza.
Nathan was the Owner/Partner of Armstrong Steel which was established in the mid 1950's. He was a well known softball pitcher in the 1940's for Rochester Button and Bauch and Lomb. He was a WW II Veteran having served in the 78th Division Infantry. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge, Central Europe. Nathan was the recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star.
Services and Interment will be held privately. Donations in Nathan's memory may be directed to the Veterans Outreach Center, 459 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620-1020 or to Honor Flight Rochester, Inc., P.O. Box 23581, Rochester, NY, 14692.
