Irondequoit: At the youthful age of 99. Pre-deceased by her husband Frank Joseph Hummell. Rita is survived by her daughter Mary Helen Collins, brother-in-law, Robert Hummell, many nieces, nephews, dear friend Mary-Ellen Gerke and loving neighbors.
Her family will receive friends Thursday 2:00 - 4:00pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Hwy South). Friends are invited to meet the family Friday 9:30am at St. Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church for her funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
