Irondequoit: Died February, 9 2017 at the age of 105. She is survived by 1 nephew, 3 nieces, 12 great-nieces and nephews, and 10 great- great-nieces and nephews in the Floyd/Svenson family(WNY/Rochester), Zoller/Mattler family(TX,IN), Wilbur family(MS), Noble family(NC). Helen was born on a dairy farm in the Town of Oppenheim,NY. She was a teacher, school librarian and Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction for West Irondequoit Schools until her retirement in 1973. She was an avid birder and enjoyed traveling, gardening literature, church work and was active in numerous organizations.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25 at 2PM at the Irondequoit United Church of Christ, 644 Titus Ave., Rochester.
