My memories of Kel were the New Years Eve parties at his house with his mom Marie. What fun we all had growing up in our neighborhood. We were all like brothers and sisters, there were a lot of us. Their parents were our parents.
We hung out at the playground and watched all the boys play baseball. We had our own parties when our parents were out for the night, sneaking beers or whatever else we could find in one of the houses! Mine included!!! We would show false ID's at the beloved Reunion, some of us getting caught. I could go on and on. For those of you who we grew up with and are reading this, you know exactly what I mean. I just can't put into words how sad I am.
I hope you're playing baseball and drinking beers in heaven Kel.
My deepest sympathy to the family.

I don't even know where to start, First off, All my deepest condolences to the Kelly children and family members, I've had so many memories with this guy over 30 yrs, From his role at Temp-Press and RS Automation at the end, we worked hand in hand on so many projects, but he was more than a work associate, he ended up being one of my dearest friends. From installing pools to just sitting in a golf cart smoking a crappy cigar, he always had a story. I will miss his antics as well as his off wit humor which when we were together ,people said we were like Hawk-eye and Pierce from M.A.S.H, just kept adding on to the last guy's joke line. His kids were always a topic, so they were always in the fore front of his mind and thoughts. I am truly heart broken with the loss of Jim, you never realize the much someone impacts you until the void is there, I pray God touches you and your family and wraps in his arms during this time. God Bless you all
Sincerely Fran Nesbit

My deepest condolences to the family. I have many wonderful memories of "Kelly" growing up in my teens and 20's. Kelly introduced me to Mark Byrne and they shared several apartments. Thank you Kelly for all the laughter and friendship. You will always have a special place in my heart.

So sorry to hear about Jim. He always made everybody feel good when they were around him. Met Jim through some other friends I worked with and bowled with. My fondest memory of Jim was when we were bowling in Irondequoit. The roof leaked and water was coming out of the light over the scoring desk. Godspeed on your journey Jim, you will be missed by everybody.

I have only the best memories of "Kelly" as we called him. He always made me laugh and had a way of understanding other people and the ability to make you feel important to him. To this day, when I'm bowling which isn't very often, I still visualize how he did it and copy his moves! It sounds silly, but I learned to bowl by imitating what he did! He was a good friend in grammar and high school and growing up with him provided so many great memories. My heartfelt condolences to his family and other friends. He will be truly missed.

Sending heartfelt condolences to Jim’s entire family! My heart breaks seeing this news. Jim and I grew up together a street apart. He was like a brother to me most of my life. We shared many memories of laughter, jokes, serious conversations and caring. Always had a good word and a big hug. May God bless you and keep you Kelly. Love you forever!
