Vay, Joseph E.
Irondequoit: Suddenly on Friday, April 9, 2010 at the age of 76. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Edna; children, Joseph & Mary Beth Robinson -Vay, Robert & Karen Vay, Ann & Mark Reininger, Mary Beth & David Warner, Joanie & Bill Scherdin, John & Colleen Vay; grandchildren, Tegan, Kailly, Lindsey, Brianna, Mary Catherine, Bethany, Joey Vay, Kristin, Peter, Tim "Bucko", Jeffrey, Jennifer Reininger, David IV, Katy, Patrick Warner, TJ, Maggie & Becca Vay; sister in law, Mary O. Kernan; his dog, Tipper; many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends who lives he touched in a special way.
His family will receive friends MONDAY 4-8 pm at the funeral home. Friends are invited to meet the family TUESDAY 9:00 AM at ST. MARGARET MARY CHURCH for his funeral mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Thousand Island Park Yacht Club, PO Box 222, T.I., NY 13692.
