My condolences to friends and family. Jake and I go back to high school and have remained in touch ever since. My first kayak was his! My first old car was inspired by Jake. Long involved talks on a varriety of subjects were what we did. He will be missed and I can only share your grief.

This is to express our deep sympathy for Jake’s family and loved ones. When we were new to RYC, he was one of the first to warmly make us feel welcome and glad that we had joined. He was always there with a friendly smile and greeting, willing to lend a hand if needed, and generous with his time for good conversation. He will be missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
