John L. Bentley

Irondequoit: Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the age of 74 after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Judy Bentley; children, Julie Bentley Garrett, Jason Bentley, and Jeff (Libby) Bentley; beloved grandchildren, Christina Garrett, Thomas Bentley, and Jaden Bentley; brother, Mark (Maria) Bentley; brother-in-law, George (Ann Page) Drager; special friend, Debbie Place and nieces and nephews.

John lived life to the fullest and loved everything about it, especially his family and his friends.

His family will receive friends Friday, January 28, 4-8pm at the funeral home (570 Kings Highway So.). Friends are invited to meet the family Saturday, January 29, 9:30 am at St. Kateri at St. Margaret Mary Church for his Funeral Mass. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to a charity of your choice.
