I was saddened to read of Tom’s passing this morning. So many old memories drawn out of the memory bank, all great memories might I add, save a rare few. I remember he had such a commanding presence; always in a meaningful and supportive manner to his family and to all of us who were blessed to be along for the ride at some point in his/our life. My condolences to Mary Ellen and all the family, and a thank you to Tom himself, for a life well lived that so generously touched on the lives of countless others. Kevin O’Brien

So many memories, from childhood and after. * The way he answered the phone * The way the kids all answered the phone *The way he said “Colleen” *Eating dinner over when everyone lived at home (so fun) *Him telling Colleen and I “Don’t take the sunfish out you girls will get stuck” Seeing him standing on the hill 3 hours later when the Coast Guard towed us in *Always being so happy to see him He will forever be loved and respected.

I was a tenant of Tom's for 30 years, from a struggling new business until retirement. Tom and Dennis were always encouraging and helpful. Tom certainly lead an extraordinary life. He will be missed, but not forgotten.
