To Ron's family, Brenda and I offer our sympathy to you.
Ron (aka Pinky) was one of my bosses and I learned so much from him. He had the energy of the energizer bunny, he had the perseverance and determination and toughness when the chips were. He cared for all the people in his charge. I probably would not have spent so many years in the law enforcement if not for what I learned from him, first and foremost how to handle stress. I loved being on his softball team, I quickly learned the location of the Humprey House and how good a Jack and Coke was. He taught me the use of the word Farfalomas and when to use it and not use it (lol). I had a great conversation with him at the last clam bake and was very happy to see him, I can't tell you how much I will miss him. Everybody who he positively impacted will be in Brenda's and my good thoughts and prayer

We are beyond devastated to lose you Ron, you have been part of our family for over 40 years... Even though you were my sister's husband you were truly a brother to Bob and me... Your personality and warmth far out weighed your tough guy side...I will never forget how you came and helped me care for our Dad every day in the last weeks of his life...We will do our best to help Nancy navigate her new life ...We will love you forever and keep you alive in our hearts...Love Barbie and Bobby as you affectionately called us!

A part of me died when my buddy was called to heaven. Thank you for being a true and unconditional friend to me. I can only hope I gave you half as much as you gave me. I will always miss and love you Ron.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Eisenhauer Family.
I fondly remember working with Ron “Pinky” for over 24 years. We worked hard and took the job seriously. However, we always made time to get together and laugh when we could. Fondly remembering all the choir practices .
RIP Ron

Our sincere condolences to the Eisenhauer family on your loss.
I remember first seeing Ron in a newpaper picture standing next to one of the green and white police cars IPD had at that time. Since then I have known Ron for over fifty years as a coworker, hunting buddy, and most importantly a loyal friend who will be greatly missed.

Ron was one of the first supervisors I worked for at the Irondequoit Police Department. He quickly became a mentor and more importantly a good friend. We had many of laughs together both at work and at the after work "Choir Practices" he would set up and require everyone to attend. Ron was a true leader and always led by example. Rest in Peace Brother. Nancy you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless

Nancy, my deepest sympathy. Ron and about 6 other IPD guys went through the academy in 1970 with our RPD crew. Always had something funny to say, and even though we were different departments, we did work a few cases together when we were both Investigators in our departments. And, as you know, I always told Ron the best thing that ever happened to him, was finding you so you could try to keep him in line.

I'll never forget the first time I met him speeding to my party on his 4 wheeler yelling why wasn't he invited!!! Loved him ever since.
What a wonderful guy. Nancy also had to keep him straight, poor woman, but i think that it was her life's mission.
He always kept everyone smiling and trying to keep me straight.
I hope that he's in the peace that he deserves.
Love to Nancy and his family

Ron you are one of my favorites. From when I was a little girl hiding when you came over to your moms or see you at Aunt Edith's because you carried a gun. But then I learned the serve and protect part. You always made me laugh and smile. When I was near you I always cried from laughing so hard. as I got older you didn't treat me like a kid anymore and respected to treat me as an adult. You will be so missed through you family and friends. Watch over your family and keep them safe. You are probably up with the family. Till we see each other again. Rest in peace dear cousin. I love you!

I am so sad that my Pal "Ronny" (aka Pinky) has died.
I always loved working with Ron.from 1978-till Ron Retired...
During those years Ron was an Investigator and then a "Road Cop"
Ron was definitely" A Cops Cop" and a fellow Vet.
By leaving New York State (land of no bail) 6 years ago (so happy that I am in the South now)
I miss my IPD Brothers and Sisters..
The last time I saw Ron was one of the past Clam bakes.
This year I may be able to attend it but will really Miss seeing Ron and Nancy
Brenda and I will pray for Ron and his Family.
Stay Safe
Carl (aka Norton) & Brenda Saporito

I was so distraught when I heard my dear friend, and brother had passed so unexpectedly! While the last few years we had not seen each other I always knew if I needed him or he I we would be there. Ron was a Cop’s Cop who loved his family above all. Love you my brother!

Ron was one tough street cop and SOB (and I mean that affectionately). Thank you for your service, for the fond memories of those first years starting out on the job and for expanding our vocabulary with the many " Ronisims" ( I still use those words to this day). Rest in Peace Lieut.
