Leo was my 11th grade Latin teacher at Aquinas Institute (1963-64). He was also the deacon assigned to my former parish St. Pius the Tenth in Chili for a number of years. He was a wonderful mentor and teacher. May God grant him eternal rest and happiness in Heaven. My sincere condolences to his wife Marian and family.

It was our honor to serve as a deacon with Leo at St. Charles in Greece. It was there that Leo helped guide us as a newly ordained deacon and spouse. Here he shared his wisdom with us. His laughter and friendship helped us get through those first couple years as a newly ordained minister. He showed his love for the Lord and his patience. Peace and Blessings to Leo and his family. Sincere condolences to the Aman family of Leo's passing. My heart is sad that he has passed, yet knowing he lived makes my heart sing. I enjoyed seeing Leo at Nazareth when I was a student and then many years later when I worked per diem at St. Ann's. Leo's eyes just lit up when he saw me or more importantly his beautiful family that was ever present and loving. My prayers are with you.
