Phil was the 1st nephew on my Mom's side of the family and he will be missed. I am glad we got to visit at his Mom's a few weeks ago.
He loved the 1000 Islands and was really at "home" there.
Hey Phil, "Thanks" again for making the oak stairs for my house.

I will fondly remember Phil from our growing up years, playing board games, playing on the TI Park playground and hiking/playing games in the woods on Wellesley Island. I also honor Phil for his life. He was always a devoted son and loved his parents very much. Some of his early adult years were challenging ones for Phil and those who knew and loved him. And as Phil grew and matured, he turned his life around in many ways. I will always be very grateful for the support and love he offered to my parents, Ed and Margo Page. Especially since my father's death in 2005, Phil has been an invaluable support for my mother, especially at the Islands. I will fondly remember our casual, relaxed conversations with Mutley entertaining us with little dog antics, as we sat on my mother's porch watching the river roll by. As a person who tends to be very busy, being around Phil was a relaxing breath of fresh air. He is gone from us way too soon. May he rest in peace. And may his family know he was well loved and appreciated by many folks. May Mrs. Fisher and Ellen take care during this tender time of grieving. Much love, Shelley Page
