Obituary of Leon H. Jensen

Jensen, Leon H. Irondequoit: Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at the age of 95. Pre-deceased by his wife Margaret, granddaughter, Ann Phillips Hill and sister-in-law Jean Strachan. Mr. Jensen is survived by his daughter, Mary Jean(Richard) Phillips, grandchildren, Richard(JoAnn) Phillips, Jr., Susan(Kenneth) Cooper & Thomas Phillips, great grandchildren, Michael, Laura & Matthew Phillips, Daniel & Kenneth(Melanie) Cooper, great great granddaughter, Brianna Cooper. After retiring from Eastman Kodak Company, Mr. Jensen enjoyed an active retirement involving many sports, and especially loved to play horse shoes, but, the real joy in his life was his family. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. No prior visitation. Friends are invited to meet the family Tuesday 10:00am at St. John of Rochester Church, 8 Wickford Way, Fairport, NY for his funeral mass. Interment will be held in private. Memorial donations may be directed to Golisano Children's Hospital.
